Amplicon Express is now providing BAC and Fosmid library screening services. Clients need to provide Amplicon Express with +1Kb of known genomic DNA sequence. Amplicon Express will design and optimal probe, screen the library, verify positive hits and provide the clone(s) to client. Amplicon Express also offers Shotgun Sequencing and assembly of positive clones.
We can screen any of our Premade BAC Libraries.
