* Oligonucleotide Synthesis
The NTS DNA Synthesizer (6 or 8 columns) synthesizer is an economical, versatile,
medium-throughput platform that synthesizes DNA oligonucleotides
with fast cycle times, low reagent consumption.
General synthetic programs are installed according to standard specifications.
In addition, it is easy to change the amount of reagent at each synthetic step or adjust the time delay.             
The NTS DNA Synthesizer system is ideal for synthesizing primers of various lengths
as well as complex modified oligonucleotides plus dye-labeled primers and probes.
It has the flexibility to synthesize sequences with lengths greater than 50-mer
at scales of 0.2 umol~1 umol. Each NTS DNA Synthesizer includes trityl monitoring and
PC that enable easier cycle editing and network capabilities as standard.

- A peak tube is used for tubing the Amidite bottle.
The tube can be adjusted depending on the bottle size.

* DNA Quality
Expected performance:
You should be able to consistently synthesize oligonucleotides with average coupling yields greater than 99%. For PCR or sequencing work, the oligos we provide require no further purification.

A wide range of unusual or modified bases and labels can be incorporated into
an oligonucleotide during synthesis.
